摘  要:通过港珠澳大桥九洲航道桥工程实践,介绍了斜拉桥钢塔柱塔吊分节段安装的常规施工方法和由于九洲航道桥塔顶航空净高限制而针对性开发研究的“临时支墩一次竖转”“大节段梁面提升竖转”以及“浮吊大节段整体吊装”三种钢柱塔大节段安装施工方法,通过方案优劣比较,最后采用“大节段梁面提升竖转”的方法成功完成了九洲航道桥钢主塔的安装施工。Based on the practice of Jiuzhou Channel Bridge project on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,The paper introduces the conventional installation method of steel tower cranes in sections of cable-stayed bridges.Due to the restriction of aerial clearance height at the top of the tower of the Jiuzhou Channel Bridge,it develops and studies the three steel column tower installation methods of“one vertical rotation of temporary support pier”,“vertical rotation of large section beam lifting”and“overall lifting of large section by floating crane”.Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different program,finally the method of“large section beam lifting vertical rotation”was adopted,it successfully completed the installation of the steel main tower of the Jiuzhou Channel Bridge.
