男性激素五项参考区间的建立及其临床价值

摘　　要：目的:建立本地区本实验室男性激素五项的参考区间,探究其在男性不育症的临床价值。方法:采集2020年5月~10月在本院体检的表观健康男性成人399例血清,年龄在17-56岁之间,将其分为≤30岁,30-40岁,>40岁三组,采用美国雅培发光仪检测雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素.(PRI)、睾酮(TESTO)的水平,并同时检测精液常规分析。另外选取同期不育患者30例作为对照。结果:促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)不同年龄组之间水平不同,部分年龄组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。睾酮(TESTO)、雌二醇(E2)不同年龄组之间未见明显差异(P>0.05)。除PRL外,精液正常男性与少弱精症不育男性激素水平不同,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。建立了成年男性激素五项的参考区间。结论:不同种族、地区人群,男性激素水平并不完全一致。应建立本地区实验室的参考区间,能更好的指导临床在不育症患者中的诊断和治疗。luminescence analyzer,and routine semen analysis was also performed.Another 30 infertile paticnts were selected as the control group.Results.The levels of fllile maturation hormone(FSHD),lutcinizing hormone(LH)and prolactin(PRI)were diferent among diferent age groups,and there were statistical differences among some age groups(P<0.05).There was no significant diference in testosterone(Testo)and estradiol(E2)among diferent age groups(P>005).Except PRL,the hormone levels of men with normal semen were diferent fom those of men with oligoasthenospermia and infertility.with statistical diference(P<0.05).The rcfcrence interval of five adult male hormoncs was established.Conclusion:The levels of male homones in different ethunic groups and regions are not completely consistent The reference interval of the local laboratory should be etablished to better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of iferility patient.
