摘　　要：村镇景观环境的合理规划与设计从规划设计之初就通过我省村镇的本质特征、目的、外形以及潜在的文化特点等方面统筹规划,赋予该村镇的景观设计特定的精神特征,并巧妙的将村镇的地形地貌、运输交通、产业经济、文化娱乐、生态康养以及特色旅游等诸多生态可持续理念与大地艺术景观有机融合,从而使得黑龙江村镇的全面镇振兴、全方位振兴的整体战略上得到一种统一与升华。The rational planning and design of the landscape environment of villages and towns should be comprehensively planned from the beginning of planning and design through the essential characteristics,purposes,shapes and potential cultural characteristics of the villages and towns in our province,and endow the landscape design of the villages and towns with specific spiritual characteristics,and skillfully integrate the characteristics of the villages and towns.The topography of villages and towns,transportation,industrial economy,cultural entertainment,ecological health care,and characteristic tourism,and many other ecologically sustainable concepts are organically integrated with the land art landscape so that it makes the overall strategy of comprehensive town revitalization and all-round revitalization of Heilongjiang villages and towns a unification as well as a distillation.
