摘　　要：以“生产有标准、操作有规成、质量可追溯”为目标开展的基于区块链技术的甘肃特色果品溯源智慧云平台设计将加强甘肃特色果品质量安全追溯能力建设,强化果品质量安全追溯管理工作,实现生产记录可存储、产品流向可追踪、储运信息可查询;将果品从生产到加工直至销售等全过程连接起来,逐步形成产销区一体化的果品质量安全追溯信息网络,实现区块链溯源的规范化、制度化,将管理工作从被动应付向常态管理和源头管理转变,并为区块链溯源平台的开发提供完整的设计方案。Aimed at“Production has standards,operation has regulations,and quality can be traced”,the design of Gansu characteristic fruit traceability smart cloud platform based on blockchain technology will strengthen the construction of Gansu characteristic fruit quality and safety traceability ability,strengthen the fruit quality and safety traceability management,and realize the storage of production records,the traceability of product flow,and the query of storage and transportation information;Connect the whole process of fruit production,processing and sales,gradually form an integrated fruit quality and safety traceability information network in production and marketing areas,realize the standardization and institutionalization of blockchain traceability,change the management work from passive response to normal management and source management,and provide a complete design scheme for the development of blockchain traceability platform.
