“十四五”期间地质经济发展路径探讨

摘　　要：“十四五”是世界处于百年未有之大变局,国际国内环境发生深刻复杂变化的时期,是我国两个“一百年”历史交汇时期。在《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》指引下,“十四五”期间(2021—2025年)地质工作如何紧密结合国家重大战略需求、地方经济发展紧迫需要,把握国家重大发展机遇,持续推进地质工作转型升级和高质量发展,持续健康稳步向好发展,是地勘行业发展需要思考的问题。本文结合“十四五”地质行业发展目标和任务,以四川地矿局为例介绍了地勘经济发展现状,结合国家发展规划梳理了“十四五”期间地质经济发展面临的机遇,对“十四五”期间地质经济发展遇到的问题和地质经济发展路径进行了探讨。How the geological work is closely integrated with the country's major strategic needs and urgent needs for local economic development in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of geological work and its high-quality development which is the geological prospecting industry development needs to consider the problem during the 14th Five-Year Plan.By the example of Sichuan Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources,this paper has a discussion on the problems and development paths in the development of geological economy during the 14th Five-Year Plan based on development goals and tasks of geological industry and the present situation of geological prospecting economy.
