泡沫冲洗液在怒江民用机场详勘中的研究与应用

摘　　要：小口径金刚石绳索取心钻进作为一种常用的钻进取心方法,因其技术特点对钻探冲洗液的流变特性和固相含量要求很高。在一些复杂地层中对于地层的适应性反而不如低固相冲洗液。要使无固相冲洗液应用于各种复杂现场与广泛的地层条件,就要对其防塌特性进行强化。研究成果对无固相冲洗液在小口径金刚石绳索取心钻进中的应用范围,特别是泡沫冲洗液得到了有力的拓展,并为解决复杂地层的小口径金刚石绳索取心钻进技术难题从无固相冲洗液技术体系方面提供了技术支撑。最终配方:0.7%泡沫剂+0.7%防塌乳液,现场配方为0.2%防塌乳液加0.2%泡沫剂。Small diameter diamond wire coring drilling as a common method of drilling core is very particular about the rheological properties and solid content of drilling fluids.Anti-collapse characteristics of the solid-free flushing fluid must be strengthened in order to make it suitable for a variety of complex conditions.The application of foam washing fluid to detailed investigation of the Nujiang civil airport achieves good results which provides technical support for drilling technology of small diameter diamond wire rope coring.The laboratory test formula is 0.7%foaming agent+0.7%anti-collapse emulsion and the field formula is 0.2%anti-sloughing emulsion and 0.2%foaming agent.
