钻孔失返顶漏钻进中的冲孔问题及其技术措施分析

摘　　要：钻探施工中经常会遇到钻孔漏失,严重时会造成孔口失返的情况。当采取顶漏钻进工艺时,因孔内钻井液循环情况无法直接观察,为避免抢先钻进造成烧钻等事故,合理的冲孔工作和技术措施是保障安全施工的重要手段。在阐述顶漏钻进钻机正常辅助操作的基础上,细分孔口失返可能出现的4种情况,包括:冲孔有泵压、冲孔无泵压无稳定水位、冲孔无泵压有稳定水位、冲孔无泵压且地层易糊钻等情况,提出了相关冲孔工作注意事项和必要技术措施,供钻探施工技术人员参考。The drilling fluid leakage often occurs in the drilling construction,even loss of returns.Reasonable punching work and technical measures are important means to ensure safe construction during the lost circulation top leakage drilling.Loss of returns may occur in 4 cases such as punching with pump pressure,punching without pump pressure and stable water level,punching with stable water level and without pump pressure and punching without pump pressure and punching in balling formation.The related matters needing attention and necessary technical measures are put forward.
