摘 要:螺旋板作为螺旋板式换热器的主要承压元件,同时受到内压和外压作用,当相邻两通道的压力差达到临界压力时,螺旋板会被压瘪而出现失稳。简化螺旋板模型,利用正交设计的方法,确定了25组带定距柱螺旋板的结构尺寸,并进行非线性屈曲分析。根据分析结果将结构尺寸参数进行无量纲化,并通过多元非线性回归确定了螺旋板外压临界压力的理论计算公式,讨论螺旋板结构参数与临界压力之间的关系,为工程上螺旋板式换热器的外压稳定性设计提供指导。研究结果表明,螺旋板临界压力理论公式的计算误差小于±10%,符合工程应用的精度。As one of the main pressure parts,spiral plate in heat exchanger is subjected to both internal and external pressures.If the differential pressure between adjacent passages reaches critical pressure,the spiral plate will be made flat and unstable.In this article,by using simplified spiral plate model and orthogonal design method,25 groups of structural sizes of spiral plate with spacing column were selected,and nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out.Based on the analysis results,the structural sizes were nondimensionalized,and by using nonlinear regression with multiple variables,the theoretical equation for calculating the critical external pressure for spiral plate was determined.Then the relation of structural parameters of spiral plate and its critical pressure was discussed,which may be referenced in the design of spiral plate heat exchanger subjected to external pressure for the stability of the spiral plate.It was shown from study results that the error from the theoretical equation for critical pressure is smaller than±10%,which reaches accuracy requirement in engineering.
