摘  要:合成塔进出气换热器是合成氨装置中的关键设备,是典型的高压临氢气-气换热器,其设计、选材、建造难度均较大,在高参数换热设备中具有代表性。就合成塔进出气换热器的两种列管式结构设计进行论述,对设备的结构进行了分析比较,并提出了建议,供同行借鉴。The heat exchanger attached to synthesis tower for the gas to inlet and from outlet is the key equipment for ammonia synthesis plant,which is typical high pressure heat exchanger with medium of gas-gas for hydrogen service.For this exchanger,it is quite difficult in design,material selection and manufacture,which is representative for high parameter heat exchanging equipment.In this article,the designs for the structures in two tubular heat exchangers used for gas inlet-outlet in synthesis tower were described,and the analysis and comparison for these two structures were carried out.Finally,some proposals were presented,which may be referenced by the engineers working in the same field.
