摘　　要：BYD给料泵是炔醛法制1,4-丁二醇工艺流程中的核心设备,其可靠性直接决定整个装置的稳定性和产能。主要介绍了BYD给料泵工况特点、选型及高压柱塞泵使用现状。BYD feeding pump is the key equipment in producing 1,4-butanediol by Reppe method.The reliability of the pump is crucial to the stability of whole unit and productive capacity.In this article,the characteristics of BYD feeding pump,model selection and current situation of application of high pressure plunge pump were introduced.
