摘 要:针对高负载下三螺杆泵螺杆的结构形变问题,通过双向CFD/CSD耦合模拟方法求解雷诺平均N-S方程和结构运动方程,对不同工况下的螺杆泵进行双向流固耦合数值模拟。结果表明:三螺杆泵的出口压力最大,中间压力次之,进口压力最小;三螺杆泵介质压力产生的载荷对螺杆的变形和应力影响较大,单向耦合下螺杆的变形是扭矩作用下的4.8倍,应力是扭矩作用下的1.5倍,双向耦合下螺杆的变形和应力相比单向耦合增大2%左右;主从动螺杆的应力都随螺杆长度的增大逐渐增大,位于出口端螺杆的应力较大。研究结果对三螺杆泵的结构设计优化提供了有益参考。With respect to the structural deformation of the three-screw pump screw under high load,Reynolds average N-S equation and structural motion equation were solved by using two-way CFD/CSD coupled simulation method,and the two-way fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation of the screw pump under different working conditions was carried out.The results showed that the outlet pressure of the three-screw pump is the largest,followed by the intermediate pressure,and the inlet pressure is the smallest;the load generated by the medium pressure of the three-screw pump has a great influence on the deformation and stress of the screw;the deformation of the screw under the unidirectional coupling is 4.8 times that under the action of torque,and the stress is 1.5 times that under the action of torque;the deformation and stress of the screw under the two-way coupling are increased by about 2%compared with the one-way coupling;the stress of the main and driven screws gradually increases with the increase of the length of the screw,and the stress of the screw at the outlet end is larger.The research results has provided a useful reference for the structural design optimization of the three-screw pump.
