摘　　要：介绍了医院后勤服务外包企业的现状,阐述了工会组织在企业中的地位和作用,分析了医院后勤服务外包企业工会工作的难点,提出了加强医院后勤服务外包企业工会工作的具体措施。It introduces the current situation of hospital logistics service outsourcing enterprises,expounds the status and role of labor union organizations in the enterprise,analyzes the difficulties of labor union work in hospital logistics service outsourcing enterprises,and puts forward specific measures to strengthen the labor union work in hospital logistics service outsourcing enterprises.
