摘　　要：为确保铁路工程质量安全,铁路工程规范明确规定将沉降测量数据评估作为轨道铺设的重要条件之一。结合铁路沉降数据的特点,应用数据库和编程技术,对数据处理的流程和评估控制指标进行研究,按照程序设计原则详细描述系统的设计思想和设计过程,实现了铁路沉降数据处理及评估系统的信息化。To ensure the quality and safety of railway engineering,the railway engineering specification clearly stipulates that the evaluation of settlement measurement data is one of the important conditions for track laying.Combining the characteristics of railway settlement data,applying database and programming technology,research on data processing procedures and evaluation control indicators,detailed description of the specific design ideas and design process of the system in accordance with the programming principles,realize the informatization of railway settlement data processing and evaluation.
