摘  要:液压管路过渡接头的组合设计是液压系统设计的重要内容。新产品试制过程中,为缩短研发周期,设计前期研发人员一般在Excel中完成过渡接头组合的设计选型工作。摊铺机、铣刨机等自动化程度较高的工程机械产品,由于液压系统复杂,液压元部件种类、数量繁多,导致过渡接头型号与数量的统计工作繁重。为高效准确地完成上述工作,分析过渡接头统计的方法,借助VSTO(Visual Studio Tools for Office)开发工具对Excel进行客户化定制,开发了统计模块,并通过自主研制的铣刨机SM100M-3液压系统设计的应用案例,验证了模块的高效性。The joints selection is an important part of hydraulic system design.In the process of testing new products,in order to shorten the research and development cycle,the research and development personnel generally in Excel to complete the joint selection.The construction with high automation such as paver,code miller,due to the complexity of the hydraulic system,hydraulic components,a wide variety of components,resulting that it is tough to statistic the joint.In order to do it efficiently and accurately,the method of joint statistic is analyzed,Excel is customized with VSTO(Visual Studio Tools for Office)development tools,and a rapid statistics module is developed,and finally,the efficiency of the module is verified by the application case of the self-developed miller SM100M-3 hydraulic system design.
