摘  要:柱塞往复高压泵是高压阀类进行检验工作的供液设备,持续运行并提供已经设置好压强的高压液源。通常情况下,运行中不论空载状态还是负载状态,泵用电机均为开启动状态,持续耗电,并持续产生噪声和热量。但是,阀类产品在检验中大部分处于密封保压状态,并不需要泵站的持续供液。供大于求的生产状态会产生不必要的资源浪费,且泵站运行过程中持续产生的噪声和热量也会影响周围的工作环境。文章设计了一种自动间歇式供液运行系统来解决这一问题,不仅可以实现节能减排,而且可减少噪声和热量,为企业减少能耗,为工人营造更舒适的工作环境。Plunger reciprocating high-pressure pump is the high-pressure valve for the inspection of the work of the liquid supply equipment,continuous operation and to provide a good pressure has been set up high-pressure hydraulic source.In general,the pump motor is in the state of start-up and continues to consume power and generate noise and heat in operation,regardless of no-load state or load state,while most of the high-pressure valves are in the state of sealed and pressure-protected during re-inspection,a continuous supply of fluids from the pumping station is not required.Excessive supply of production will lead to unnecessary waste of resources,pumping station operation in the process of continuous noise and heat will also affect the surrounding working environment.In this paper,an automatic intermittent liquid supply system is designed to solve this problem,which can not only save energy and reduce emission,but also reduce noise,and heat,reduce energy consumption for enterprises and create more comfortable working environment for workers.
