摘 要:焊筋轴广泛应用于各类大型异步电机。焊筋轴与转子铁心的配合主要通过过盈量来传递转矩,可见过盈量选择的合理性直接关系到连接的可靠性。文章对大型异步电机焊筋轴与转子铁心配合的最小过盈量进行理论计算,为验证理论计算的正确性和过盈量选择的合理性,以某一大型异步变频电机为例,对焊筋轴与转子铁心的过盈配合进行理论计算和ANSYS Workbench仿真分析。结果表明,所选取的过盈量合理,可为焊筋轴和转子铁心过盈配合的计算提供指导。The welding rib shaft is widely used in various large asynchronous motors.The cooperation between the welding rib shaft and the rotor core mainly transmits the torque through the interference.The rationality of the selection of the interference is directly related to the reliability of the connection.In this paper,the theoretical calculation of the minimum interference between the welding rib shaft and the rotor core of a large asynchronous motor is carried out.In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation and the rationality of the selection of the interference amount,taking a large asynchronous variable frequency motor as an example,the theoretical calculation and ANSYS Workbench simulation analysis were carried out on the interference fit between the welded rib shaft and the rotor core.The results show that the selected interference is reasonable,which provides a method guide for the calculation of the interference fit between the welding shaft and the rotor core.
