摘　　要：通过对比分析菲律宾国家结构规范与中国建筑结构荷载规范关于影响基本风速大小的各要素的异同,并通过转换,以确保涉外项目风荷载取值的合理。By comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences between the Philippine national structural code and the Chinese building structural load code on various factors affecting the basic wind speed, and through conversion, to ensure the reasonable value of wind load for foreign-related projects.
