氧化羟丙基醋酸酯淀粉胶囊的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：目的制备氧化羟丙基醋酸酯淀粉胶囊和淀粉胶囊,并探究替代明胶胶囊的可行性。方法采用单因素和正交实验考察甘油的添加量、结冷胶和粘胶温度对胶囊性能的影响,得到氧化羟丙基醋酸酯淀粉的最佳工艺,并测试淀粉胶囊和明胶胶囊的崩解性、吸潮性、热稳定性;用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope SEM)探测其结构和形貌。结果氧化羟丙基醋酸酯淀粉胶囊和混合淀粉胶囊的崩解时间分别为8min和10min,吸潮性分别为2.67%和3.64%;明胶胶囊的崩解时间为8min,吸潮性为2.00%。结论氧化羟丙基醋酸酯淀粉胶囊的性能优于混合淀粉胶囊,与明胶胶囊的性能接近,氧化羟丙基醋酸酯淀粉胶囊替代明胶胶囊具有潜在的优势。Objective:To prepare oxidized hydroxypropyl acetate starch capsules and starch capsules,and explore the feasibility of replacing gelatin capsules.Methods:Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effects of glycerol content,gellan gum and viscose temperature on the properties of the capsules to obtain the optimal process of oxidized hydroxypropyl acetate starch.The disintegration,moisture absorption,thermal stability,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)properties of starch capsules and gelatin capsules were tested.Results:The disintegration time of oxidized hydroxypropyl acetate starch capsule and mixed starch capsule was 8 and 10 min respectively,and the moisture absorption was 2.67% and 3.64% respectively;the disintegration time of gelatin capsule was 8 min,and the moisture absorption was 2.00%.Conclusion:The performance of oxidized hydroxypropyl acetate starch capsule is better than that of mixed starch capsule,which is close to that of gelatin capsule.Oxidized hydroxypropyl acetate starch capsule has potential advantages to replace gelatin capsule.
