摘  要:背靠背闽粤联网直流输电工程是国家电网和南方电网联网的标志性工程,工程中混合式有源滤波器(HAPF)和静止无功发生器-有源滤波器(SVG-APF)方案尚属国内常规直流工程中的首次应用。本文介绍APF在高压直流工程中的首次示范性应用方案,阐述闽粤联网工程中HAPF和SVG-APF的应用原理、二次控制保护系统和接口设计方案,以及通过相应技术克服APF在高压领域应用的困难,期望为其他直流工程提供参考。The Fujian-Guangdong back-to-back DC transmission project is a landmark project for the interconnection of the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid.The application of hybrid active power filter(HAPF)and static var generator-active power filter(SVG-APF)in the project is still the first case in domestic conventional DC transmission projects.This paper introduces the first application scheme of APF in high voltage direct current project.The principle of HAPF and SVG-APF,secondary control-protection system and interface design scheme in the Fujian-Guangdong interconnection project are explained.And through corresponding technical measures,the difficulties of APF applying in high voltage field are overcome.It is expected to be a reference for other DC transmission projects.
