摘　　要：为保障铁路系统的安全、可靠运行,需建立一套针对线路质量进行科学综合评价的体系,以实现利用数据对线路进行质量监控、质量评价和维护管理。针对现有铁路局工务管理系统评价方法上的不足,将灰色系统理论应用其中,构建铁路单元综合评价体系,将峰值管理和均值管理相结合,建立新指标体系,基于灰色关联分析法进行综合评价,所得线路质量评价结果与实际情况基本吻合。改进后的方法避免了主观赋权,实现了各指标统筹综合评价,为铁路局工务管理线路质量评价提供一种新思路。In order to ensure safe and reliable operation of the railway system, it is necessary to establish a scientific and comprehensive track quality evaluation system so as to realize the use of data for line quality monitoring, quality evaluation and maintenance management. In view of the shortcomings of the evaluation method of the existing railway bureau’s line maintenance management system, the gray system theory is applied to build a comprehensive evaluation system of railway units, combine peak management and mean management, and establish a new indicator system. Based on the gray correlation analysis method, the comprehensive evaluation results of the track quality evaluation obtained are basically consistent with to the actual situation. The improved method avoids subjective empowerment, fulfills the overall comprehensive evaluation of each indicator, and provides a new way of thinking for the quality evaluation of the track maintenance of railway bureau.
