摘 要:为建立R32及PVE润滑油混合物的高精度的物性快速计算模型,基于REFPROP 9.0软件数据源,建立了R32制冷剂的密度、比热容和黏度计算模型,其最大相对偏差分别为0.3%,0.425%和0.27%。通过试验测试,建立了PVE VG68润滑油的密度、比热和黏度计算模型,其最大相对偏差分别为0.005%,4.1%和10.01%。R32/PVE润滑油混合物的密度和比热容计算分别采用理想混合模型和Jensen模型,通过改进优化得到的混合物黏度计算新模型平均相对偏差为17.84%,且具有很强的物理意义。上述快速计算模型在物性分析及制冷系统仿真计算等场合具有较强的应用价值。In order to establish calculation models for physical properties of the mixture of R32 and PVE oil,a calculation model of the density,specific heat capacity and viscosity of the R32 refrigerant was established based on the data source of REFPROP 9.0.The maximum relative deviations were 0.3%,0.425%and 0.27%respectively.Based on the experimental tests,calculation models of the density,specific heat and viscosity of PVE VG68 lube oil were established,and the maximum relative deviations were 0.005%,4.1%and 10.01%respectively.The ideal mixture model and Jensen model were used to calculate the density and specific heat of the R32/PVE lube oil mixture,respectively.The average relative deviation of the new model for calculating the viscosity of the mixture obtained by improvement and optimization was 17.84%,and it had strong physical significance.The above calculation models have good application value in physical property analysis and refrigeration system simulations.
