摘 要:高压液氢泵在加氢站中拥有巨大的应用潜力。由于液氢密度远大于气氢,高压液氢泵与氢气压缩机相比,在压缩功耗上有着显著优势。不过,高压液氢泵在压缩低温工质时面临着冷却、密封等技术难点,技术指标要求苛刻。为了寻找更好的解决方案,本文回顾了高压液氢泵数十年来的发展历程,期间出现的各式结构表明,解决冷却、密封问题可从以下方向着手:(1)增加夹套结构以增强泵缸外的冷却与绝热;(2)采用多腔室设计,实现预压缩与除去蒸发气体;(3)增强密封件性能。多种方式可以同时采用,不过需要注意成本与性能之间的取舍。本文还介绍了高压液氢泵的应用成果,总结了现有产品的技术特点,希望为高压液氢泵的研究与生产提供一些参考。High-pressure liquid hydrogen pump has a great application potential in hydrogen refueling stations.Because the density of liquid hydrogen is much greater than that of gaseous hydrogen,liquid hydrogen pump has significant advantages in power consumption compared with hydrogen compressor.However,it is faced with technical difficulties such as cooling and sealing when compressing the low-temperature working fluid,and rigorous technical indicators.In order to find a better solution,the development history of high-pressure liquid hydrogen pump over the past decades was reviewed.The various structures appearing during this period indicate that the solutions to cooling and sealing problems can be started from the following directions:(1)Add jacket structure to enhance the cooling and heat insulation outside the cylinder;(2)Adopt multi-chamber design to achieve pre-compression and removal of evaporated gas;(3)Enhance seal performance.They can be adopted simultaneously,however,attention should be paid to trade-offs between performance and cost.Furthermore,the application results of the high-pressure liquid hydrogen pump were introduced,and the technical characteristics of existing products were summarized in the hope of providing some references for the research and production of the high-pressure liquid hydrogen pump.
