摘　　要：峡江水利枢纽工程2019年经历多次洪水,其中赣江1号、4号洪水为建库以来最大的两次,以及因“6.24”洪水预报调度影响,库区防护工程局部发生险情或毁损,暴露了存在的问题。通过加强洪水调度和采取积极防御措施,确保了工程安全度汛。提出几点思考,为类似工程提供参考。In 2019, Xiajiang Reservoir experienced several floods, of which the No. 1 and No. 4 floods of Ganjiang River were the two largest since the establishment of the reservoir. Due to the influence of No. 0624 flood forecasting and dispatching, the protection works of the reservoir area are in danger or damaged, exposing the existing problems. Through enhancing flood dispatching and taking active defensive measures, the danger and hidden danger of the project were eliminated in time, and the measures ensured the project safety. Some thoughts are put forward to provide reference of similar projects.
