摘 要:目的:采集不同产地15批防风药材,建立多指标综合质量评价及指纹图谱方法,对不同产地防风药材质量进行评价。方法:采用含量测定法、醇溶性浸出物法、总灰分法、酸不溶性灰分法测定防风药材中升麻素苷与5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、浸出物及灰分含量,对测定数据进行分析,并建立综合质量评价函数。同时运用高效液相色谱法建立不同产地防风的指纹图谱,并运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统和统计软件进行数据分析。结果:河南、河北、山西、内蒙古4个产地防风药材浸出物、含量、灰分等结果相对标准差(RSD)为5.01%~14.90%,综合质量评价函数计算结果显示,河南产防风质量较优。不同产地防风的指纹图谱相似度在0.926~0.990,主成分分析共有峰峰面积结果显示,河南产防风质量较优。结论:不同产地的防风质量存在一定差异,其中河南产防风药材质量较优,可以作为防风药材的优质产地。Objective:To establish multi-index comprehensive quality evaluation and fingerprint method for the evaluation of the quality of 15 batches of Saposhnikovia divaricata samples from different origins.Methods:The prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,5-O-methylvisammioside,extract,and ash content in S.divaricata were determined by using the content determination method,alcohol-soluble extract method,total ash method,and acid-insoluble ash method.The data were analyzed,and a comprehensive quality evaluation function was established.Meanwhile,the fingerprints of S.divaricata from different origins were established by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the data were analyzed by the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine and statistical software.Results:The RSD of extract,content,and ash content of S.divaricata from Henan,Hebei,Shanxi,and Inner Mongolia were in the range of 5.01%~14.90%.The results of comprehensive quality evaluation function showed that the quality of S.divaricata from Henan was optimal.The similarity of fingerprints of S.divaricata from different origins was 0.926~0.990,and the results of principal component analysis of common peak area showed that the quality of S.divaricata from Henan was optimal.Conclusion:There were differences in the quality of S.divaricata in different producing areas.The quality of S.divaricata produced in Henan was optimal,and Henan can serve as a high-quality producing area of S.divaricata.
