摘  要:针对重载铁路货车关键部件修程修制改革以及延长检修周期的需求,对转K6型转向架交叉杆进行了裂纹扩展与失效行为的研究。对转K6型转向架交叉杆进行了裂纹扩展台架试验,结合断裂力学方法建立了裂纹扩展模型,通过仿真与试验相结合探索了交叉杆结构的断裂失效行为,并根据当前修程提出了改进的维修建议,可为交叉杆的状态维修及检修周期的延长提供重要参考。Aiming at the reform of the repair class and repair system of key components of heavy-haul railway freight cars and the demand of prolonging the maintenance cycle,the crack propagation and failure behavior of zhuan K6 bogie cross-braced rod are studied.The crack propagation bench test is carried out on the cross-braced rod of zhuan K6 bogie.Combined with the method of fracture mechanics,the crack propagation model is established.The fracture failure behavior of the structure is explored through the combination of simulation and test,and the improved maintenance suggestions are put forward according to the current maintenance process,which can provide an important reference for the state-overhaul of cross-braced rod and the extension of maintenance cycle.
