摘　　要：从环境污染、职业危害、能源消耗及质量缺陷等方面分析了铁路客车采用传统涂料和涂装存在的问题,从功能运用、施工条件、工艺装备、工期和经济成本等方面将PVC膜贴膜与传统涂装进行了比较;探讨了将PVC膜代替部分涂料应用于铁路客车外墙上的可行性,同时简要介绍了PVC膜用于客车外墙的施工工艺。From the aspects of environmental pollution,occupational hazards,energy consumption and quality defects,the necessity of replacing traditional coatings with pasting PVC film for railway passenger cars is analyzed.PVC film coating is compared with traditional coating in terms of function application,construction conditions,process equipment,construction period and economic cost.This paper discusses the feasibility of applying PVC film to the exterior wall of railway passenger cars and partially replacing coatings,and briefly introduces the construction technology of PVC used in exterior wall of passenger cars.
