摘　　要：对CR200J型时速160 km动力集中动车组动力车发生的空压机异常高温保护问题进行了现场调研,分析其原因,并进行了实车动静态试验验证。根据分析制定了优化改进方案,解决了该型动车组动力车空压机异常高温保护问题,有效提高了空压机在各种工作环境下的可用性。This paper investigates and analyzes the abnormal high temperature self-protection problem of air compressor in CR200J 160 km/h power concentrated EMU,and carries out the dynamic and static test.According to the analysis conclusion,the optimization and improvement scheme is formulated to solve the problem of abnormal high temperature self-protection of the air compressor of EMU power car,which effectively improves the availability of the air compressor in various working environments.
