纪检监察新闻话语变革与政党形象构建——以党的十八大以来反腐信息传播实践为例

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,新闻宣传工作在传播效果上的改变有目共睹,人民群众对于中国共产党的执政信任达到了前所未有的高度。其中,纪检监察新闻话语的呈现样态相较之前出现了较为明显的变化,一方面以对话性的引入进一步推动了反腐信息传播目标的实现与到达,另一方面以情感调适方式增益执政党反腐形象收获了积极的正面效果。从评价理论系统中的介入及态度两个子系统理论入手,分析新时期纪检监察新闻话语变革的具体表现及效果,发现纪检监察新闻话语在反腐信息传播实践中一方面实现了对于“全面从严治党”理论以及纪检监察工作政治意义的塑造,另一方面作为结构性权力的载体对于构建执政党形象发挥着重要作用。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,changes in the effect of news communication have been obvious to all,and people have trusted the governance of the Communist Party of China more than ever before.In particular,the presentation of news discourse on discipline inspection and supervision has undergone significant changes.While the introduction of“dialogism”has given further impetus to the realization of the targets of anti-corruption communication,efforts to improve the image of the ruling Party in anti-corruption through emotional adjustment have yielded positive results.This paper presents a brief analysis of the specific performance and effect of the transformation in the news discourse on discipline inspection and supervision in the new era by introducing intervention and attitude which are two subsystem theories of the evaluation theory system.It is found that,on the one hand,the news discourse on discipline inspection and supervision shaped the theory of“full and strict self-governance of the Party”and the political significance of discipline inspection and supervision in anti-corruption communication practices,and on the other hand,as a carrier of structural power,it played an important and constructive role in building the image of the ruling party.
