摘  要:设计一款应用于高功率微波传输的插板弯折式圆波导TE_(11)-TM_(01)模式转换器,其上半部分圆波导呈弯折型,下半部分为半圆直波导。首先,半圆波导TE_(11)模经过弯折结构移相,满足TM_(01)模模式合成的相位差条件后,进行模式转换;然后,利用十字型金属插板结构合成为圆波导的TM_(01)模输出。仿真结果表明,频率为8.254 GHz时,由TE_(11)模式转换为TM_(01)模式的转换效率最大,为98.4%,TE_(11)-TM_(01)模式转换效率大于90.0%的带宽为80.5 MHz,功率容量大于2 MW。TE_(11)-TM_(01) mode converter is designed for high power microwave transmission.The upper part of the circular waveguide is curved,and the lower part is semi-circular straight waveguide.Firstly,the semi-circular waveguide TE_(11) mode is shifted by bending structure,and mode conversion is carried out when the phase difference condition of TM_(01) mode synthesis is satisfied.Secondly,TM_(01) mode output of circular waveguide is synthesized by cross metal plate structure.The simulation results show that when the frequency is 8.254 GHz,the conversion efficiency from TE_(11) mode to TM_(01) mode is the largest,the conversion efficiency from TE_(11) mode to TM_(01) mode is 98.4%,the bandwidth of TE_(11)-TM_(01)mode conversion efficiency greater than 90.0%is 80.5 MHz,the power capacity is greater than 2 MW.
