摘 要:工程实践中对冲击波信号的重构精度要求较高,而常用的压缩感知重构算法,受限于算法的贪婪特性,易陷入局部最优,影响信号的重构精度。针对以上问题,将烟花算法引入压缩感知技术中,利用其全局寻优能力减小重构误差,将算法改为非数值优化方式缩小解空间范围,精简爆炸强度降低冗余火花数量,自适应爆炸幅度避免算法局部收敛,并使用精英-轮盘赌选择策略节约算法效率,有效提升算法重构性能。在50 psi量程传感器实测冲击波信号上的实验结果表明,算法与其他重构算法相比具有更好的重构结果,重构误差减小,算法运行效率在同类型算法中最高。Engineering practice requires high reconstruction accuracy of shock wave signals. However,the commonly used compressed sensing reconstruction algorithms are limited by the greedy characteristics of the algorithms and easily fall into local optimum,which affects the reconstruction accuracy of signals. In view of the above problem,the firework algorithm is introduced into the compressed sensing technology;its global optimization ability is used to reduce the reconstruction error.The algorithm is changed to the non-numerical optimization method to reduce the solution space range;the explosion intensity is simplified to reduce redundant spark number,explosion amplitude is adapted to avoid local convergence of the algorithm;and elite-roulette selection strategy is used to save algorithm efficiency. These improved methods effectively improve the performance of algorithm reconstruction. The experimental results on the measured shock wave signal of 50 psi range sensor show that the algorithm of this paper has better reconstruction results than other reconstruction algorithms;the reconstruction error is reduced;and the algorithm operational efficiency is the highest among the same type algorithms.
