摘 要:为实现在沉积异常区且临近断层带内掘进大跨度巷道,对巷道支护参数及施工工艺进行优化。先对待掘巷道围岩注浆改性,提高围岩自身承载能力,后对该段巷道采取先导后扩式分次掘进工艺,顶板采取锚网索梁+单体支柱复合式支护,提高顶板围岩整体性,发挥围岩主动承载能力,提高顶板稳定性,减少掘进及回采期间巷修工程量。In order to realize the excavation of long-span roadway in the sedimentary abnormal area and near the fault zone,the roadway support parameters and construction technology are optimized.Firstly,the surrounding rock of the excavation roadway is modified by grouting to improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,secondly,the first pilot and then expansion sub-excavation technology is adopted for this section of roadway,and the roof adopts anchor mesh cable beam+single pillar composite support to improve the integrity of the surrounding rock of the roof,give full play to the active bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,improve the stability of the roof,and reduce the amount of roadway repair during excavation and mining.
