摘  要:针对山西天地王坡煤业有限公司使用绞车回撤综采工作面设备存在的回撤效率低下、安全风险高等问题,以3314综采工作面设备回撤为例,对综采工作面末采工艺进行改进,同时引入矿用液压臂架式起吊装置和液压支架调移装置代替绞车回撤工艺对运输顺槽设备及工作面液压支架进行回撤,不仅降低了设备回撤安全风险,作业工效也得到显著提高。In view of the problems of low withdrawal efficiency and high safety risk existing in the withdrawal of equipment in fully mechanized mining face by winch in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry,taking the withdrawal of equipment in the 3314 fully mechanized mining face as an example,the final mining technology of fully mechanized mining face is improved.At the same time,the mine hydraulic boom lifting device and hydraulic support transfer device are introduced to replace the winch withdrawal process to withdraw the transport equipment along the trough and the hydraulic support in the working face.Not only the safety risk of equipment withdrawal is reduced,but also the work efficiency is significantly improved.
