摘 要:针对平煤股份十二矿下保护层31080回风巷掘进期间迎头出现不同程度的冲击地压现象,提出了超前掩护松动爆破掘进技术,在近邻巷道施工钻孔,超前掘进工作面进行松动爆破,提前释放巷道前方围岩应力。现场实践表明:采用该掘进技术后,避免了巷道成巷后二次支护,减少了巷道掘进期间钻孔施工量,巷道月进尺由70 m增加到110 m,进尺速度增加近57%,施工效率大大提高,有效缓解了矿井采掘接替紧张局面。In view of the phenomenon of different degrees of rock burst during the excavation period of the 31080 return air roadway in the lower protective layer of the No.12 Mine in Pingdingshan Coal Group,the advance cover loose blasting driving technology is put forward to drill holes in the adjacent roadway and loose blasting is carried out in the advanced driving working face to release the surrounding rock stress in front of the roadway ahead of time.The field practice shows that after adopting the driving technology,the secondary support after the completion of the roadway is avoided,the quantity of drilling construction during the roadway excavation period is reduced,the monthly footage of the roadway is increased from 70 m to 110 m,and the footage speed is increased by nearly 57%.The construction efficiency is greatly improved,and the tense situation of mining and driving replacement in mine is effectively alleviated.
