煤矿井下齿轨卡轨车的优化研究

摘　　要：为了解决潞安化工集团司马煤业公司齿轨车无法在井下巷道已成型的轨道上运行的不足,设计了一种新的井下齿轨车。该车采用了摩擦驱动和齿轮驱动相结合的模式,在齿轨车和齿轨上设置有信息传输单元,单元齿轨车在将要驶入齿轨段时,对齿轨车上的齿轮驱动单元进行检测,保证在运行过程中的安全性。实际应用表明,该齿轨车能够根据井下运行轨道灵活地选择驱动方式,提升了齿轨车的运行便捷性和经济性。In order to solve the problem that the gear rail car of Sima Coal Industry Company of Lu’an Chemical Group can not run on the formed track of underground roadway,a new kind of underground gear rail car is put forward.The car adopts the mode of the combination of friction drive and gear drive,and an information transmission unit is arranged on the gear rail car and the tooth rail.When the unit gear rail car is about to enter the gear rail section,the gear drive unit on the gear rail car is tested to ensure the safety in the process of operation.The practical application shows that the gear rail car can flexibly choose the driving mode according to the underground running track,which improves the operation convenience and economy of the gear rail car.
