摘 要:针对岱庄煤矿主副井提升机轴承一直采用人工巡检测量方式检测轴承的运转状态,天轮轴承系统安装位置高,滚动轴承数量多,人员登高检查时危险系数大,不能实时自动监测提升机电机轴承的运转状态和完成轴承故障预警的功能等问题,研发主副井绞车轴承运行状态监测与故障预警系统。通过对轴承系统故障特征分量实时监测监控,对运转设备故障提前预警并做出诊断,可以有效避免重大事故的发生,减少维修费用,提高煤矿设备管理水平。In view of the problems that the hoist bearing of the main and auxiliary shaft in Daizhuang Coal Mine has been using manual inspection and measurement to detect the running state of the bearing,the installation position of the sheave bearing system is high,the number of rolling bearings is large,and the danger coefficient is large during personnel climbing and inspecting,unable to automatically monitor the running state of the motor bearing of the hoist and complete the function of bearing fault early warning in real time,the running state monitoring and fault early warning system of winch bearing in main and auxiliary shaft is developed.Through the real-time monitoring of the fault characteristic components of the bearing system,the faults of the operating equipment can be warned and diagnosed in advance,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of major accidents,reduce maintenance costs and improve the level of coal mine equipment management.
