摘 要:为了提高混凝土的力学性能,研究了聚丙烯纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维对混凝土试件的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响。试验结果表明:随着混凝土中聚丙烯纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维质量分数的不断增大,混凝土试件的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,而抗折强度则呈现出逐渐升高的趋势。当混凝土中聚丙烯纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维的质量分数分别为0.6%和0.3%时,混凝土试件的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度值均达到最大,因此,推荐混凝土中聚丙烯纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维的最佳质量分数分别为0.6%和0.3%。In order to improve the mechanical properties of concrete, the effects of polypropylene fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete were studied. The experimental results show that with the increasing of the mass fraction of polypropylene fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber in concrete, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, while the flexural strength shows a trend of gradually increasing. When the mass fraction of polypropylene fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber in concrete is 0.6% and 0.3% respectively, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens reach the maximum value. Therefore, the optimal mass fraction of polypropylene fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber in concrete is 0.6% and 0.3% respectively.
