摘  要:目的研究三维彩超在产科诊断中的应用方法及胎儿畸形和胎盘病变的诊断价值。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的29950例产科诊断孕妇为研究对象,为其进行三维彩超诊断。以病理检查为金标准,观察畸形诊断率、胎盘病变率及诊断技术应用的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果29950例产妇胎儿畸形诊断结果为阳性检出率0.19%(56/29950)。且29950例产妇胎儿病变诊断结果为阳性检出率0.34%(102/29950)。29950例患者诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为99.66%、98.33%、100.00%和99.66%。结论在产科诊断技术应用过程中,三维彩超诊断技术具有较高的诊断价值,可以在胎儿畸形及胎盘病变诊断上做出评估,有助于提高产科疾病诊断能力。Objective To study the application method of 3D ultrasound in obstetric diagnosis and the diagnostic value of fetal malformations and placental lesions.Methods The 29950 pregnant women with obstetric diagnosis admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected for the study,for whom 3D ultrasound diagnosis was performed,pathological examination is the gold standard.The diagnostic rate of malformation,placental lesion rate and the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the diagnostic technique applied were observed.Results The positive rate of 29950 cases of maternal fetal malformation was 0.19%(56/29950).The positive rate of 29950 cases of maternal fetal lesions was 0.34%(102/29950).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 29950 patients were 99.66%,98.33%,100.00% and 99.66% respectively.Conclusion In the application process of obstetric diagnostic technology,3D color ultrasound diagnosis technology has high diagnostic value,can make assessment in the diagnosis of fetal malformation and placental lesions,and help to improve the ability to diagnose obstetric diseases.
