琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选择在2019年1月—2021年1月重庆市涪陵区中医院收治的166例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各83例。对照组患者通过琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率;治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.80%,高于对照组的83.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.386,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的PL、AS、AF、TS、DP优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者通过琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗,能够有效提升临床疗效。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 166 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated in the Fuling District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Chongqing from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 83 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets.On this basis,the observation group was treated with trimetazidine.The total effective rate of treatment,the Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 98.80% higher than that in the control group 83.13%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.386,P<0.05).After treatment,the PL,AS,AF,TS and DP of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
