观察保妇康栓对宫颈HPV感染疾病的治疗效果以及患者预后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的评价宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者应用保妇康栓治疗的应用价值。方法选择玉林市卫生学校附属医院在2019年1月—2021年6月接诊的66例宫颈HPV感染患者,根据双盲法进行分为对照组与观察组,各33例,对照组给予重组人干扰素治疗,观察组给予保妇康栓治疗。比较两组宫颈HPV感染患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.97%)高于对照组81.82%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.995,P<0.05)。观察组HPV转阴时间和异常分泌物持续时间均短于对照组,宫颈炎评分低于对照组,HPV病毒载量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、阴道排液时间和排尿恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组宫颈炎RLU/CO检测值小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈HPV感染患者采用保妇康栓治疗的效果显著。Objective To evaluate the application value of Baofukang suppository in patients with cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 66 patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Yulin City Health School from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the double-blind method,with 33 cases each group.The control group was given recombinant human interferon treatment,and the observation group was given Baofukang suppository treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients with cervical HPV infection were compared.Results The total effective rate(96.97%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.995,P<0.05).The time of HPV negative conversion and the duration of abnormal secretion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the cervicitis score was lower than that in the control group,and the HPV viral load was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time,pain relief time,vaginal discharge time and urination recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The RLU/CO detection value of cervicitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of patients with cervical HPV infection is significant,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
