摘　　要：采用自主研究开发的混凝沉淀法处理某催化剂生产企业产生的磷酸盐废水。先调节磷酸盐废水pH,再添加聚合硫酸铁进行絮凝沉淀,最后添加氧化钙调节pH至7~9,经絮凝沉降、过滤后出水达标排放。工程实践表明,经该工艺处理后出水中总磷质量浓度小于0.3 mg/L,pH稳定在7~9,出水指标完全达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中规定的一级标准要求。The self-developed coagulation sedimentation method was used to treat phosphate wastewater from a catalyst production enterprise.Firstly,adjust the pH value of phosphate wastewater,then add polyferric sulfate for flocculation and precipitation,and finally add calcium oxide to adjust the pH value to 7-9.After flocculation sedimentation and filtration,the effluent is discharged up to the standard.The engineering practice shows that the mass concentration of total phosphorus in the effluent treated by this process is less than 0.3 mg/L,and the pH value is in the range of 7-9.The effluent index can fully meet the requirements of class I standard specified in GB 8978—1996"Integrated wastewater discharge standard".
