中老年下腰痛患者术前心电图评价及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究中老年下腰痛患者术前心电图特点,并分析其相关因素。方法筛选102例进行手术治疗的中老年下腰痛患者作为病例组,53例健康人群作为对照组。对两组进行心电图结论及各指标比较;研究中老年下腰痛患者术前心电图特点,并分析引起心电图改变的相关因素。结果两组比较,心动过缓及心动过速的发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);病例组平均心率增快,且心律失常及ST-T改变发生率显著增加,QTd数值显著增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中老年下腰痛患者术前心电图异常发生率较高,应引起重视并进行相关因素处理,以减少手术并发症、促进预后。Objective To study the preoperative electrocardiographic characteristics of middle-aged and elderly patients with lower back pain,and to analyze the related factors.Methods A total of 102 middle-aged and elderly patients with lower back pain who underwent surgery were selected as study subjects,and the ECG findings and each index were compared with 53 healthy people in the control group.The preoperative ECG characteristics of middle-aged and elderly patients with lower back pain were studied,and the factors associated with the ECG changes were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of bradycardia and tachycardia between the two groups(P>0.05).In the case group,the average heart rate increased,the incidence of arrhythmia and ST-T changes increased significantly,and the QTd value increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of abnormal ECG in middle-aged and elderly patients with low back pain before operation is high.Attention should be paid to and relevant factors should be treated to reduce surgical complications and promote prognosis.
