摘 要:以聚氨酯泡沫、巴沙轻木为芯材的复合材料梁为研究对象,通过四点弯曲静载试验和不同荷载等级下的疲劳试验,对比了格构增强前后两种夹芯结构的静力学性能和疲劳性能。静载试验结果表明,轻木夹芯复合材料梁的极限承载力是聚氨酯泡沫夹芯梁的15倍,格构增强方案对提高聚氨酯泡沫夹芯梁的承载力更有效;疲劳试验结果表明,聚氨酯泡沫夹芯梁和轻木夹芯梁的疲劳寿命与荷载等级的大小密切相关,聚氨酯泡沫夹芯梁的疲劳性能更优,格构的设置可显著提高整体结构的疲劳寿命。Four-point bending static loading tests and fatigue performance tests of composite sandwich beams with polyurethane foam and balsa wood core under different load levels were carried out,and the mechanical and fatigue behaviors of sandwich structures with lattice reinforced or not were analyzed.The results of static loading tests show that the ultimate bearing strength of balsa wood-core composite beams is 15 times of polyurethane foam-core beam,and the bearing capacity of the foam-core beams with lattice web reinforced can be improved more effectively.Fatigue tests results show that the fatigue life of such sandwich beams depends on the load level.Fatigue behaviors of polyurethane foam-core sandwich beams are much better.The fatigue life of lattice-web reinforced structures is much longer than that unreinforced.
