摘 要:采用高温熔融法制备了硼含量可变的锂铝硅玻璃,并利用^(27)Al、^(11)B、^(29)Si核磁共振谱和拉曼光谱对玻璃样品进行表征。研究表明:随硼含量增加,网络中铝和硼以四配位为主,铝的配位不受硼影响,铝离子高配位比例偏高;BO_(4)的含量从57.1%增到64.4%。通过桥氧相连的铝氧硅键的数量减少,硅氧硅键数量从34.8%增加到46.1%。氧化硼的掺入增强了网络结构的聚合度,提升了玻璃力学性能。High temperature melting method was used to prepare lithium aluminosilicate glass with variable boron oxide contents,Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy of ^(27)Al,^(11)B and ^(29)Si,and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the samples.The research results showed,with the increase of boron content,aluminum and boron in the network were mainly four-coordinated,and the coordination of aluminum was not affected by boron.The proportion of high-coordination aluminum ions was relatively high.The content of BO_(4) increased from 57.1%to 64.4%.The number of aluminum-oxygen-silicon bonds connected by bridging oxygen decreased,and the number of silicon-oxygen-silicon bonds increased from 34.8%to 46.1%.The incorporation of boron oxide enhanced the degree of polymerization of the network structure and improved the mechanical properties of the glass.
