解郁活血汤对冠心病PCI术后双心疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解郁活血汤治疗冠心病PCI术后双心疾病疗效。方法:将80例冠心病PCI术后患者随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,观察组予解郁活血汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、心功能指标的改善状况,并比较两组临床疗效、主要不良心血管事件(MACE)、支架内再狭窄及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(92.5%vs 75.0%),SAS评分、SDS评分、心功能指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),MACE和支架内再狭窄发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:解郁活血汤能够改善冠心病患者PCI术后心功能,降低MACE和支架内再狭窄发生率,有助于缓解抑郁焦虑等负性心理状态。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jieyu Huoxue decoction on psycho-cardiological disease after PCI of coronary heart disease.Methods:Eighty patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The control group was treated with droperidol and melitracen while the observation group was treated with Jieyu Huoxue decoction.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the improvement of cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy,major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE),in-stent restenosis and adverse reactions were compared as well.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(92.5%vs 75.0%),and SAS score,SDS score and the improvement of cardiac function index were better than those of the control group.The incidence of MACE and in-stent restenosis was lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:Jieyu Huoxue decoction can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,reduce the incidence of MACE and in-stent restenosis and help alleviate negative psychological states such as depression and anxiety.
