摘　　要：李斌教授在传统夏氏外科疏风清肺凉血法的基础上,结合自身临床经验,提出血瘀阳浮是重型痤疮发病的关键病因病机,并运用和营潜阳法治疗重型痤疮,颇有效验。具体用药上,李斌教授重视理气化瘀药(柴胡、白芍、郁金、合欢皮等)和虫类(全蝎、蜈蚣等)等活血逐瘀药的应用,重镇潜阳则选夏氏外科经验方四重汤加减。本文总结李斌教授治疗重型痤疮的临床经验,以期进一步发挥中医药治疗重型痤疮的优势。Professor LI Bin proposes that blood stasis and Yang floating is the key etiology and pathogenesis of severe acne based on the traditional XIA’s surgical method of dispersing wind and clearing lung and cooling blood in combination with his own clinical experience,and has got some experience in the treatment of severe acne using Heying Qianyang method.In terms of specific medication,he pays attention to the application of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(Bupleurum,Paeonia alba,Radix Curcumae,Albizzia bark,etc.)as well as the insects(scorpion,centipede,etc.).Besides,he selects Sizhong decoction as the representative method for suppressing latent Yang.This article summarizes the experience of professor LI Bin in the treatment of severe acne,so as to further take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of severe acne.
