藏羌彝走廊文化产业发展的时空演变特征及异质性分析

摘　　要：基于2013-2018年面板数据,解析藏羌彝走廊文化产业发展的时空演变特征,借助时空地理加权回归模型(GTWR)剖析影响因素的时空异质性。研究结果表明,藏羌彝走廊文化产业发展时空演变与各因素的作用规律具有高度一致性,由东南向西北呈现出阶梯状发展趋势。地区经济发展水平和文化基础设施是推动文化产业发展的关键性因素,部分抵消了文化传播距离等带来的负面影响。影响因素的时空异质性逐渐减小,促进了藏羌彝走廊文化产业的平稳发展,根据文化产业发展阶段,可以将影响因素时空异质性的作用机理分为3个阶段:依靠资金政策等扶持的前期发育阶段、以产业扩张和完善发展机制为主的中期扩张阶段、文化产业自成体系和平稳发展的后期稳定阶段。在文化产业政策制定过程中要因时因地因阶段制宜。Based on the panel data from 2013 to 2018,this paper analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution of the cultural industry development in the Tibetan-Qiang-Yi Corridor,and dissects the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of affecting factors with Geographical and Temporal Weighted Regression(GTWR).The results show that:The spatiotemporal evolution in the development of cultural industries in the Tibetan-Qiang-Yi Corridor is highly consistent with the law of action of various factors,showing a ladder-like development trend from southeast to northwest of the corridor.Performance of local economic development and cultural infrastructure are key factors to promote the development of cultural industries,which partially offset the negative impact of the distance of cultural dissemination and so on;the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of the influencing factors has gradually decreased,which has promoted the stable development of the cultural industry,while according to the development stage of the cultural industry,the mechanism of the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of influencing factors can be divided into three stages:the early development stage supported by financial policies,the mid stage of expansion focusing on industrial expansion and the improvement of development mechanism,and the post stage of stabilization forming its own system and developing steadily.In the process of policy formulation,it is necessary to“act according to time,place and stage”.
