摘 要:城市是科技活动的主要空间,也是知识溢出的重要载体,而城市群一体化发展概念的提出为地方政府促进区域科技创新发展提供了新的媒介。基于京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区三大城市群2018年论文合作和专利合作数据,分析城市群内城市科技合作的空间格局分布和空间集聚效应。研究表明,京津冀城市群区域科技合作呈现单核心引领发展格局,长三角城市群区域科技合作呈现多核心共同发展格局,粤港澳大湾区区域科技合作呈现核心-边缘发展格局;三大城市群内中小城市跨市科技合作比例更高,京津冀城市群跨市专利合作比例更高,长三角城市群和粤港澳大湾区跨市论文合作比例更高;三大城市群大部分城市仍没有形成科技合作的高效集聚,地区间行政、文化分割限制了创新要素的自由流动,大部分城市都处于各自为战的状态。Cities are not only the major space for scientific and technological activities,but also an important carrier of knowledge spillover.The concept of coordinated development of urban clusters provides a new medium for local governments to promote the development of regional scientific and technological innovation.According to data on patent and thesis cooperation of the three city clusters,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the year of 2018,this paper analyzes the spatial pattern distribution and spatial agglomeration effect of urban scientific and technological cooperation in the city clusters.The research shows that:The regional scientific and technological cooperation of three city clusters,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area present a single core leading development pattern,a multi-core common development pattern,and a core-edge development pattern respectively;The proportion of intercity scientific and technological cooperation among small and medium-sized cities in the three city clusters is higher,that of intercity patent cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster is higher,and that of intercity paper cooperation in city clusters of Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is higher;Most cities of the three city clusters have not formed an efficient agglomeration of scientific and technological cooperation.The administrative and cultural segmentation between regions restricts the free flow of innovation elements,and most cities are in a state of“fighting their own battles”.
