摘  要:拱顶罐区检修施工现场一般远离厂区道路,且由于内浮盘板较薄,大跨距吊运浮盘易造成构件变形,不仅影响内浮盘焊接质量,而且影响内浮盘接液能力。通过设计临时通道倒运工装和改变浮顶临时胎具的搭设方式,提高了单盘板铺设的平整度;将环形船舱在厂房内进行分段模块化制造,控制内浮盘组装及焊接顺序,采用细丝熔化极半自动气体保护焊对单盘板及环舱搭接角焊缝进行焊接等工艺措施,有效控制了内浮盘的焊接变形。通过经济效益对比分析,改进后的施工工艺高效、快捷,经济效益显著。The maintenance construction site of the dome roof tank area is generally far away from the roads in the plant,with thin inner floating plate,large deformation of floating plate components for long-span hoisting,and dense intersection of welds in the tank,which not only affects the welding quality of the inner floating plate,but also affects the liquid receiving capacity of the inner floating plate.The flatness of single plate laying is improved by designing the temporary channel transportation tooling and changing the erection mode of the temporary mould of the floating roof.The welding deformation of the inner floating plate is effectively controlled through the improvement of the process measures such as the sectional modular manufacturing of the annular cabin in the plant,the control of the assembly and welding sequence of the inner floating plate,and the welding of the lap fillet weld of the single plate and the annular cabin by using the filament melting electrode semi-automatic gas shielded welding.Through the comparative analysis of economic benefits,it is verified that the process is efficient and fast,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
