摘 要:随着我国经济实力的不断增强,各行各业发展呈现出一派勃勃生机的景象。作为世界制造大国,制造业的发展与我国的综合实力息息相关,社会发展至今已成为以机械工业及信息技术为主的时代,而这两者之间的关系又非常紧密,机械工业发展能使信息技术走进人们的日常生活,得到普及,信息技术的进步又能推动机械工业的发展。而制造业能通过加工过程,按照市场群众的需求将资源转化为可以供人们使用的各种工具,一个国家工业制造的发展体现着该国的生产力水平。本文就从市场就业岗位需求的角度对中职数控技术人才应该进行怎样的培养展开讨论。With the continuous enhancement of China's economic strength,the development of all walks of life presents a picture of vitality.As a major manufacturing country in the world,the development of manufacturing industry is closely related to China's comprehensive strength.Social development has become an era dominated by machinery industry and information technology,and the relationship between them is very close.The development of machinery industry can make information technology enter people's daily life and popularize,and the progress of information technology can promote the development of machinery industry.The manufacturing industry can transform resources into various tools that can be used by people through the processing process according to the needs of the market people.The development of industrial manufacturing in a country reflects the productivity level of the country.This paper discusses how to cultivate numerical control technical talents in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of job demand in the market.
