摘　　要：目的分析并总结针灸治疗帕金森病的临床选穴规律。方法以“针刺”“艾灸”“针灸”和“帕金森病”等为检索词,在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台等,筛选针灸治疗帕金森病的临床文献,提取相应数据,并据此分析临床选穴规律。结果经检索后,共筛选出针灸治疗帕金森病的临床文献28篇,涉及穴位53个。对其整理后发现,针灸治疗帕金森病的临床选穴丰富,涉及的穴位广泛,以太冲、合谷、百会、风府、足三里、阳陵泉为主;腧穴主要分布在督脉、大肠经、胃经、膀胱经等;腧穴所在部位主要为头部和四肢部;重用特定穴中之原穴,特别是与帕金森症状密切相关的肝、肾、胃、大肠之原穴(输穴)。结论针灸治疗帕金森病临床选穴符合病因病机特点,具有循经选穴、局部选穴及重用特定穴的特点。Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical acupoint selection rule of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating Parkinson’s disease.Methods With“acupuncture”,“moxibustion”,“acupuncture and moxibustion”and“Parkinson’s disease”as the keywords,the clinical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease was screened from China Journal full-text Database and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,and corresponding data were extracted to analyze the clinical acupoint selection rule.Results A total of 28 clinical literatures on the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by acupuncture were retrieved,involving 53 acupoints.After sorting out the acupuncture and moxibustion for Parkinson’s disease,it was found that there were abundant acupoints selected,involving a wide range of acupoints,mainly Taichong(LR3),Hegu(LI4),Baihui(DU20).The acupoints are mainly selected by the Du meridian,the large intestine meridian.The acupoints are mainly located on the head and limbs.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease clinical point selection conforms to the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of Parkinson’s disease,and has the characteristics of meridian point selection,local point selection and reuse of specific points.
